*THIS DRESS IS NEW WITH MINOR FLAWS*
Most of the flaws are pulls in the tulle (it is very delicate) and a tiny hole, lack of tread in the tulle, that looks like a manufactoring defect. Overall, there are 5 or 6 pulls in the tulle and one tiny hole. Two pulls and the hole/defect are pictured. Overall, you can't see the pulls or hole (except the pull that is at the hem which would be cut off when altered) unless you are up close and lookng for them.
